Shipping
- Free shipping on every order, Australia-wide.
- We ship within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Card payments confirm instantly; PayID transfers usually arrive within minutes.
- Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
- You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Please use a street address. Some of our couriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
- A few remote postcodes can’t be reached for some items. If that happens, we’ll let you know and give you a full refund.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns: change of mind
- Changed your mind? Email us at hello@pawesomepets.com.au within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
- The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- You pay the return postage. A 10% restocking fee applies, and we refund the rest to your bank account.
- For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on used pet bedding, chew toys or feeding items.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@pawesomepets.com.au with your order number and a few photos. Please try to let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund and send you a prepaid return label if we need the item back. You won’t pay anything for a faulty or wrong item.
- If your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after it was dispatched, please contact us and we’ll chase it with the courier.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
