How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–2 business days after your payment arrives. Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and unopened. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace or refund it. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
